1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilimk.cam ("jilimk", "we", "us", "our", "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilimk online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through the website located at https://jilimk.cam (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the jilimk Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

The jilimk Service is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and Republic Act No. 9487.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, suspension, or ban from jilimk or any other gaming platform.

By registering an account with jilimk, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age, identity, and location at any time, including by requesting government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds.

2.2 Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the jilimk Service, including real-money gaming, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Notify jilimk immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jilimk. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, or accounts registered using false or misleading information, will be closed immediately, and any associated funds may be forfeited. jilimk employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jilimk accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized Philippine banks), and other approved payment processors. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method and displayed at the time of transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of processing errors attributable to jilimk.
• jilimk reserves the right to charge transaction fees for certain payment methods, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only and are subject to anti-money laundering requirements as described in Section 10.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5-15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• You may not withdraw funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements until such requirements have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.
• jilimk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with verification requirements.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the jilimk platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your account balance, bets, winnings, and all displayed amounts are denominated in PHP.

4. Gameplay and Betting Rules

4.1 General Gaming Rules

When you participate in any game offered on the jilimk platform, you agree to:

• Place bets and wagers using only funds available in your account balance.
• Accept the outcome of each game as determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer, as applicable.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative gaming activity.
• Not use any software, tools, bots, or automated systems to play games or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Comply with the specific rules and paytables for each individual game, which are available within the game interface.

All games offered by jilimk are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified RNGs that are regularly tested by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness and randomness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information and represents the theoretical long-term payout rate.

4.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void, and affected wagers will be refunded to your account. jilimk is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager amount. Game providers' rules regarding malfunctions take precedence and are incorporated into these Terms.

4.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the game will continue to operate according to its standard rules. Upon reconnection, you will be able to view the outcome. For live dealer games, if you are disconnected and cannot make a required decision within the time limit, the hand or round will proceed according to the game's default action rules.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilimk offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are offered at jilimk's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods, which are described in the promotional terms for that specific offer.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 5.2 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account, and your account will be reset to your deposited funds balance (minus any losses incurred).

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the jilimk Service:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in collusive, fraudulent, or criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or cheating.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access the Service or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or jilimk staff.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the jilimk platform.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action. jilimk reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by jilimk

jilimk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other jilimk policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete account verification when requested.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes.

Upon suspension or termination for violation of these Terms, jilimk may withhold any funds in your account. If your account is terminated for reasons not related to a Terms violation, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of all necessary verification and anti-money laundering checks.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the jilimk Service are the exclusive property of jilimk, its affiliates, or its third-party licensors. The jilimk name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of jilimk or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the jilimk platform.
• Use any jilimk trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Service on any other website or platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

10. Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer

jilimk is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA), as amended, and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

As part of our AML compliance program, jilimk implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures that require you to:

• Provide valid government-issued identification documents (e.g., passport, driver's license, UMID card).
• Provide proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• Provide additional documentation as requested to verify the source of funds for deposits.

Withdrawals cannot be processed until your account is fully verified. jilimk reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. We may also report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

Funds deposited into your jilimk account must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used solely for money transmission purposes. This requirement may be waived in cases of account closure unrelated to suspicious activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JILIMK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR A NY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF JILIMK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

jilimk's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your jilimk account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

jilimk is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or other connectivity issues.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilimk, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any rights of any third party.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct by you.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact jilimk customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

13.3 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jilimk.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilimk regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
